| Cancellation Policy:
To hold your preferred rooms, we require a credit card number from either VISA, MC, AMEX or JCB. Otherwise you can send a cheque for $200NZD. We will also accept EFTPOS or cash at check-out time for final payment. Cancellations received: 7 days or more in advance of your booking will not be charged anything; from 6 to 2 days before your booking, you will be charged $100; and 48 hours or less prior to your stay, you will be charged the full $200 non-refundable fee. Failure to arrive without notice of cancellation will be charged full room rate. Group Bookings: The total cost for using all four guestrooms is $1,240 per night. Group Bookings may be required to pay a surcharge for any special requests: such as champagne buckets & glasses; plates & cutlery etc. on a case-by-case basis. Exclusive Booking for one or two couples is $1,100/night. Timelines: Check-in Time is anytime after 2 p.m. and Check-out Time is required by 11 a.m. the next day. Our breakfasts are only served between 8 and 10:30 a.m. Late Check-out Times can be arranged for an extra service fee of $25/hr. after 11 a.m. Extra: All room rates based on double occupancy. Newborns to 2 years old are no additional cost and a portable cot is available for $25/stay. Children 3 to 12 years old will be charged $50/night (this includes an extra single bed & breakfast). Anyone 13 and over will be charged $75/night. For Lunches & Dinners - a listing of recommended local cafes & restaurants is available upon request. Advance bookings highly recommended! |

details over the Internet, please post us a cheque to hold your room(s).
